What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?An EAP is a professional resource for confidential consultation, counseling and referral to help with problems such as emotional strains, substance abuse, work stresses, family issues, marital and financial concerns. Through this service, employees and other members of the family are encouraged to find ways to better cope with personal and work difficulties resulting from the challenges of everyday life. How serious do my problems have to be before taking them to the EAP?If the problem is significant enough to be bothersome, then it is worth a call to Gup & Associates to discuss these concerns.Back to Top
What is my cost for this service?The employer’s cost is based upon Per Capita (ex. yearly rate multiplied by the number of employees within the organization), Fee for Service (amount of time spent in providing services) and/or a Combination (of the above). Pricing is based on service configuration and customer size. We will work with you to tailor an agreement that best fits your organization. Back to Top

Who are the EAP professionals?Gup & Associates are licensed professionals from the fields of psychology, counseling, social work and business. All members of your EAP hold a doctorate or master degree in their designated field. Back to Top
